Ensemble Concert by the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra

On 10 October at 7pm the Ensemble Concert by the Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra (HKCO) will take place at Central House of Architect (7 Granatny Pereulok, Building 1, Moscow). Founded in 1977, the HKCO is deeply rooted in the Chinese cultural heritage. It is composed of 85 musicians, who use traditional and modified Chinese instruments. The orchestra’s repertoire includes both traditional Chinese music and contemporary full-scale works – a total more than 2,000 different compositions and arrangements. 

The concert will be held in the framework of the “Hong Kong Week in Moscow”. Organisers: the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, Hong Kong Chinese Orchestra, with the support of the Russia - Hong Kong Business Association.
