Tenzor Consulting Group Joined the Russia-Hong Kong Business Association

The Russia-Hong Kong Business Association welcomes new member – Tenzor Consulting Group.

Tenzor Consulting Group is a law firm, founded in 2003. It aims at providing legal consulting services to support Russian and international companies at the territory of Russian Federation, CIS states and worldwide. The main services of the company include real estate and land property transactions, land privatization processes, public-private partnership, legal support of construction, set up business in Russia, foreign investment support, legal due diligence, corporate practice / M&A, dispute resolution, contract work with Russian partners, foreign economic activity support; etc.

Tenzor Consulting Group is specialized in providing law-related services to Chinese companies and entrepreneurs doing business at the territory of the Russian Federation, and to Russian companies operating at the territory of People's Republic of China.
