"Euphoria. Made in Hong Kong" Film Festival to be Opened in Moscow

On October 11, 2012 in celebration of the 15th Anniversary of the establishment of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office (HKETO), London in cooperation with Euphoria Festival, Academia Rossica, Intercinema and AR Media with the support of the Russia – Hong Kong Business Association represent the "Euphoria. Made in Hong Kong" film festival.

The festival will be opened with the Russian premiere of “A Simple Life” drama film directed by Ann Hui. The film will be presented by the film protagonist and producer Roger Lee. Inspired by a true story from the life of the film’s producer, Roger Lee, “A Simple Life” portrays the heart-warming and lifelong relationship between a young master of a big family, Roger, and Ah Tao, the amah of the family. Deanie Ip, playing the role of Ah Tao, won the Best Actress Award at the Venice International Film Festival in 2011.

The opening of the "Euphoria. Made in Hong Kong" film festival will be held on October 11, 2012 at Rolan Cinema (Chistoprudnyi boulevard, 12a, Moscow) at 6pm.

“Euphoria. Made in Hong Kong” film festival is organized in association with Festival Euphoria, Academia Rossica, Intercinema and AR Media.
